Maude Salon has set the following policies in place in order to serve all guests with the highest standard of quality possible.

Cancellation Policy

Maude Salon confirms all appointments 48-hours prior to the appointment, as a courtesy to our guests. Should you need to cancel or rescheduled, we kindly ask for 24-hours notice. This notice allows us to fill your reserved space with guests from our waiting list. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Any appointments that are marked as a “no call, no show” will be subject to a 100% charge of reserved service amount. You are responsible for these charges prior to booking another appointment at Maude Salon. Habitual cancellations or no shows may require a credit card on file with the salon prior to booking appointments, as well as removal of online booking privileges. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times, and to inform Maude’s front desk of any contact information changes that may prohibit the receipt of confirmation emails, text messages, or phone calls.

Deposits

Maude Salon requires a credit card pre-authorization of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service (whichever is greater) to reserve a new color appointment, or an appointment of 2.5hrs or longer. This authorization can be applied directly to your total, or removed should you choose a different form of payment. Should you need to cancel, 24 hours notice is required to refund the authorization. No refunds will be given for appointments marked as a no-show, or cancelled within 24 hours. By providing your credit card information for the pre-authorization, you are agreeing to the Maude Salon Cancellation Policy.

Tardiness

If you are running late for your appointment, you must call the salon in advance to inform the front desk. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your scheduled services may need to be adjusted. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your services may need to be forfeited completely and rescheduled.

Refunds and Redos

Maude Salon does not offer refunds for services. If you are not happy with the results from your service you must contact Maude within 10 days of the service date. Maude is happy to make adjustments to the original service in order to satisfy you. This courtesy is not to be confused with changing your mind. While we are happy to make these adjustments for any errors in quality, if your request is deemed unreasonable, or outside of the original service expectations set by your stylist during consultation, Maude will not be held responsible. Any errors in quality that are a result of information withheld from your stylist during the consultation are not covered under the redo policy. Maude will not be held responsible for accelerated fading of color due to improper at home care. Maude Salon reserves the right to refuse services to guests that we feel are abusing the redo policy.
