Color Guests

Tired of not getting what you want? Prior to booking your first appointment for color at Maude Salon, you must fill out our online consultation form through SnapSnip.

SnapSnip will ask for pictures of your hair currently and of the color you’re trying to achieve. The inspiration photos can be anything from a Pinterest/Instagram photo, or a picture of yourself after a previous color service you loved.

A seasoned crafter will assess your SnapSnip, determining how much time will need to be allowed for the appointment, which stylist would be best suited for your service, and a starting price quote.

After your SnapSnip is assessed our front desk will call you to set up your appointment.

Haircut Guests

Please call Maude 703-464-5880 to make your first appointment. Our hostess will help determine which stylist would be be a great match for your style, schedule, and budget.

 

Other helpful information

  • Parking

    Our location in Old Town Herndon is convenient to a number of free parking spaces. 2 hour spaces are available directly across from the salon, as well as on Lynn Street, and in the Municipal Lot at the intersection of Station Street and Pine Street. Parking for appointments expected to be longer than 2 hours is available near the intersection of Elden Street and Station Street in the Municipal Lot. (2 hour parking limit effective Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm)

  • Gratuity

    Our stylists and assistants are only able to accept gratuity as cash or a payment through Venmo. Venmo usernames can be found on the Meet the Squad page.

    No tips are able to be added to credit cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Our ATM, “Al”, is located in the Maude lobby. Al charges a $2.50 convenience fee for cash withdrawals.

Existing Guests

Our online booking system is reserved for guests who have already had their first appointment at Maude. Information for booking your first appointment can be found on our “New Guest” page.

If you are having trouble booking as an existing guest, please call the salon to verify the e-mail address associated with your account.

All appointments require a credit card on file, as an agreement to our 48-hour cancellation policy.

**Blowouts must be added to color services at time of booking. Select your color “with blowdry” when booking. Colors that are not booked with either a haircut or blowdry will leave without a finished style/wet.
